This privacy notice supplements our general Terms and Conditions and other notices and is not intended to override them. It is issued on behalf of Thuan Tinh, which is referred to as “Thuan Tinh” or “we, us, and/or our”, and “Sites” refers to the cooking-tour.com website, web portals, and social and marketing platforms used to collect and communicate information regarding the services we offer.

By using our Sites, providing Personal Information, and/or making an All Thuan Tinh, Inc. travel purchase you consent to this Privacy Policy, including our collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information as described below. Our websites are not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data directly from users under the age of 13 (in the United States) or age 16 (in the EEA), except as permitted by law.

The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information we may collect or that you may provide to us, including when you request travel information, book travel, visit our website or open an email from us, sign up to receive a newsletter, and/or where there is an understanding for us to communicate with you, because we have identified you as a prospect, guest, or partner. If you choose not to provide personal data when requested, we may not be able to fulfill your request (for example to book your travel).  In this case, we may have to cancel your request with us. We’ll let you know if this is the case and you’re going to miss out.

How We Use The Information:

We collect personal information in order to improve our products, deliver services, and perform our obligations to you, comply with our own legal obligations, and for a few other purposes as described below. We only collect what is legal for us to collect.

E-mail addresses: Customer and web site visitor information is not sold or redistributed to any other companies or outside parties. Our site makes use of various forms. By submitting your e-mail address to cooking-tour.com through a form, your e-mail address may be automatically added to our company e-list.

Your email address and other information is protected by All Thuan Tinh, Inc. and will not be sold or redistributed to other third-party companies. We periodically send email notifications to our e-list about news, events and information about Hoi An and our tour offerings.
